The short version
We built Coffee Card for shops that still like the simplicity of paper cards but want something customers cannot lose. Customers scan your cafe QR, collect stamps, and claim rewards. Staff can approve stamps and see reward claims from a phone, iPad, or computer.
It does not replace your POS. It does not require customers to install an app. The coffee card is free for cafes, with optional order-ahead and payment features as the commercial path later.
They open your branded coffee card from a QR code. No paper card, no app store trip, no hunting for a stamp card at the bottom of a bag.
Counter staff can approve, reject, or review stamps. If a reward is claimed, it shows clearly so the customer knows what happened.
You can see pending stamps, recent stamps, rewards, customers, and order-ahead requests without building a spreadsheet after close.
Why this exists
A loyalty tool for a local cafe should not feel like a software rollout. The first version should be simple enough to use with a QR sign beside the till, then earn its place by making real service easier.
